Conduct review certification of all districts’ of Sindh and infrastructure need assessments through field survey of the schools preliminary identified by PMIU / Districts. Develop school specific designs (Architectural, Structural, Electrical & Plumbing) which would be aligned with the Environmental & Social Management Framework (ESMF-II) and others standards followasded by Government of Sindh. Provide all possible technical assistance to Environmental coordinator (EC) for the implementation of ESMF-II agreed with the World Bank. The consultant will provide all necessary technical support and assistance to PMIU in the process of design development, preparation of Taluka wise packages documents / tender packages standard bidding documents and preparation of procurement plans as per agreed timelines. MMP is awarded the consultancy service for Hyderbada regions in Sindh, and the works are expected to commence concurrently. The approximate 250 ± 50 number of schools have been selected from the Client for the current year in Hyderabad region of Sindh for infrastructure improvement and providing them all basic facilities

In October 2005, a 7.6 magnitude earthquake hit northern Pakistan, claiming more than 73,000 lives; injuring more than 128,000 people; and leaving millions homeless and without schools, health clinics and shops. For the US Agency for International Development (USAID), CDM in association with MM Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. is implementing a 5 year, $ 120 million design-build contract to reconstruct schools and health clinics, including hospitals, in the earthquake-affected areas of the Northwest Frontier Province and Azad Jammu Kashmir.
There were two sites for the development of parks. One was the Nature Conservation Park, established at Deh Babbar Band, covering an area of about 320 acres rangeland on Super Highway, pertaining to Sindh Forest Department. Other one was in Deh Gaggar, measuring 100 acres on the National Highway, earmarked for establishment of arboretum and research centre.
The 250 rooms hotel and mixed development is being developed on a piece of land admeasuring 13203.67 sq. yards (26.4 Kanals), at Plot – B, Survey No. 131/A-2 situated near Rangers Head Quarter, Lahore. The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan’s project of renovation and furnishing of existing buildings and construction of training centre at KHANASPUR (Ayubia) is located in Ayubia (KHANASPUR), 20 km away from Murree. The construction of building for training centre having a covered area of 10300 sft is to be built by demolishing the existing club building. The Central Design Office, Planning and Development Department, Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, took the initiative of getting the master plans prepared for the district and tehsil headquarter towns through MMP. Currently the topographical surveys and master planning of 6 new district and tehsil headquarter towns, namely Haveli, Athmuqam, Dadyal, Hajeera, Barnala, and Sharda have been awarded. The land in these towns is scarce but a very valuable, non-renewable resource that must be managed with careful planning and long-term vision.
