Jinnah Barrage – Monitoring & Evaluation

This was a 5-year long assignment, conceived by the Irrigation & Power Department, Government of Punjab. The PBIP-II project had several components, of which the rehabilitation and modernisation of the barrage was the main component.

MMP’s services on this prestigious project included comprehensive monitoring and evaluation of all project construction, environmental and social activities. Our project team was also involved in the design and implementation of web-based MIS, the review of ongoing PBIP-II project activities, as well as the design and conduction of baseline, mid-term and final term monitoring surveys. Our experts ensured that the assignment was completed well before the due completion date.
