Pak Railways – Public Private Partnership Policy

A comprehensive PPP policy document for Pakistan Railways was prepared by MMP in association with MML, which covered, inter alia, procedures for implementation of policy including interaction with the private sector, other Government of Pakistan organisations and capacity building for PPP procurement. After close interaction with the Ministry of Railways and other stakeholders, technical, financial, legal and risk frameworks were prepared for the Railways Sector for projects on PPP model.
